ABOUT MEName ~ Danish Ali
E-mail ~ [email protected] I am a Doctoral Degree student in the Institute of Nano-engineering and Micro-system, National Tsing Hua University, Hsinchu, Taiwan. In 2016, I earned my M.Tech in Nano-science and Nanotechnology from Jamia Millia Islamia (A Central University), Delhi, India for my research on "Fabrication of Silicon Nano Structure by Metal Assisted Chemical Etching for Potential Energy Application". Then, I moved to Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, New Delhi, India in Sep 2016 for my research where I worked to develop "Non Silicon Based Technologies for Nano fabrication and Nano scale Devices. Since Jan 2017, I was working with in Nano-Scale Research Facility at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India for the growth and characterization of βGa2O3 thin films based high power device. Before joining at IIT Delhi, I was working in an internship program (January 2016-July 2016) in Physics of Energy Harvesting at CSIR-National Physical Laboratory, In this project, we studied the essential aspects in the fabrication of Si-based solar cell using synthesized Si nanowires. |
